1) If you would prefer a custom piece let me know. I would love to discuss your vision and decide if it is something I am interested in.

2) All sales are final. No refunds. If item is damaged during shipping, you may have it sent back to us to be fixed. If it cannot be fixed, then insurance will have to be collected from carrier and you may replace the item with similar item.
